Fabrigas Belize Limited (FBL) started the challenging process of becoming an ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) certified company in late March 2012. Since then our organisation has restructured and vastly improved it's operations to be certified and to comply with ISO 9001:2008 Standards.
ISO sets the standards for a Quality Management System, which focuses primarily on meeting customer and regulatory requirements and continual improvement of the organisation's processes. We have always believed that customer satisfaction is the key to any successful business along with providing the highest possible quality products and services available.
We have invested tremendously in the development, education and training of our personnel to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and customer-relation tools. All of our personnel have received numerous certificates and recognition in their respective fields, this ensures that you, our valued customers, receive the highest quality of services and products possible. Fabrigas has even gone to the extreme of designing and investing in our very own Training Conference Room used to conduct both internal and external training seminars.
Infrastructural development has massively improved over the past 2 years, with more than 5 new office spaces, a completely renovated Store Area with its own coffee and snack stand for customers, complete re-painting of buildings, a parking lot for staff in order to provide more parking spaces for customers entering FBL, a new Fire Extinguisher Service Room, a new Multi-Complex Building, the very 1st Welding Lab in Belize, and much more.
A major part of our Quality Management System is to ensure that the customer gets what they are paying for, especially when it comes to the gases we sell, that is why FBL can proudly boast that all our measuring devices such as our scales and pressure gauges are also internationally calibrated and traceable to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), the highest possible accreditation for measuring devices in the Northern Hemisphere.
